1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across:

• United Arab Emirates (UAE)

• Egypt

• Selected international destinations (subject to courier availability and customs regulations)

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Orders placed after 2 PM (UAE time) will be processed the next business day.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• UAE Domestic Deliveries: 2–4 business days

• Egypt Domestic Deliveries: 3–5 business days

• International Deliveries: 7–14 business days (varies by destination and customs clearance)

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or customs inspections.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping within UAE & Egypt: Free for orders above AED 200 or equivalent; otherwise, standard shipping rates apply.

• International Shipping: Charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

5. Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track the status of your shipment online.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses or contact details.

8. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees based on local laws.

• These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping prices.
