At ONE SEC Beauty, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

• Products such as personal care items, cosmetics, or opened beauty tools are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons unless damaged or defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Used or opened products

• Items purchased during promotional sales (unless defective)

• Personalized or special-order items

• Gift cards

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Email us at support@onesecbeauty.co with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.

• Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as applicable.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

5. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the regular return policy applies.

7. Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.
